Heavy Support for Dense Embroidery
OESD Heavy Weight TearAway is the backing for stitch-intensive work. The extra weight holds the fabric steady through high stitch count designs where a lighter stabilizer would break down mid-design, so tiling scenes, dense monograms and heavy fills come out without puckering or distortion.
It still tears crisply when the design is done. Support the stitching with one hand and tear with the other, removing one layer at a time, and the finished piece keeps its shape. Use it on non-stretch woven fabrics, where a firm backing helps rather than fights the cloth.
Choosing the Right Weight
